We hope you are all enjoying summer! We certainly are here in Vermont, I'll include a picture of our flower garden at the end of this page.
There are several updates that we want to make you aware of, so please keep reading :-)

Yes, we are going to take a vacation (oh my!). The office will be closed from Friday, July 1 to Friday, July 15, 2016. We will answer email, fill trials, and process orders on a daily basis - BUT we will NOT be available for phone or remote support.
The "family" is coming for the long holiday weekend and a couple of extra days PLUS our youngest granddaughter, Hailey, will be spending a week with us. Then we will need a couple of days to recuperate :-)
Please use the resources here in our Support Area if you run into trouble.
NOTICE: Windows XP/Vista and Office 2003 (and prior):
We will no longer be supporting Windows XP or Office 2003 (or older versions of Office).
Try as we might -- it's just causing too many problems for customers running newer versions ...... and us as well.
As an aside - QuickBooks 2016 and newer will NOT run on Windows XP and it will not integrate with Word 2003 and prior.
Certified Payroll Solution Updates:
We've done some general updates to several things - including some minor program bugs and speed enhancements. See below for additonal specific information.
IF you are an existing customer, download the newest version of the software from within the program by going to the Help menu --> About --> Login to Web Service Center --> and selecting the correct download for your version of Windows there.
New Customers and Trial Users - these items are built into the software.
- New Mexico - the is a new State form update available.
- California - we've resolved the issues (until the NEXT change) with the PRISM uploads for the City of San Diego AND from what we've been told by our contact at DIR - there are NO new requirements being implemented in August for the eCPR system. The upload that we currently have in place for eCPR works and you shouldn't run into any issues. We have added the ability to create BOTH the DIR eCPR and the LCPtracker upload files at the same time for jobs that require electronic filing with both. Enable this on a job-by-job basis by going to the Linked Data menu --> Jobs --> Edit a specific job --> click the Form Options tab --> Electronic Upload dropdown menu.
If you are new to these requirements, setup instructions are available for
- LCPtracker - we've made adjustments to the LCPtracker upload for the following: Nevada - when no vacation is withheld AND a general correction to the In Lieu Rate when employer health insurance is paid, and for Alaska for TRV/SUBS to be included in the upload.
Construction Application for Payment Solution Updates:
We've done a few minor bug corrections.
However, we've allowed for line height adjustments for those of you working with the new AIA (original) forms that have the "drawn" boxes. Access this from the System Setup menu --> AIA Form Printer Alignment.
Download the newest version of the program (Help menu --> About --> Login to Web Service Center --> select the correct download for your version of Windows) to obtain this enhancement if you are required to print on AIA original documents and are using the new format.
