Nevada Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

Nevada's certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting requirements are provided by multiple agencies:

• The Nevada Office of the Labor Commissioner requires the filing of their own specialized form.
• The Nevada Department of Transportation requires the filing of their own specialized form.
• The Nevada DOT also requires the use of LCPtracker and electronic filing, in addition to, their paper form.
• Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) has teamed up with the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) and is now requiring ALL prime and subcontractors working on DOT projects to submit certified payrolls into the AASHTOWare Project Civil Rights and Labor™ (CRL) Management System.  Sunburst is pleased to announce the release of compatibility for the Nevada DOT AASHTO Certified Payroll Upload.
• Washoe Schools Form (not shown)
• The Federal or U. S. Department of Labor Form WH-347 on a job-by-job basis.

You will be able to choose from each of these reporting requirements on a job-by-job basis.

NOTE:  Historically, the Federal WH-347 is revised every three (3) years
