Michigan Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

Michigan's certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting requirements can be dictated either by the Michigan Department of Transportation and the filing of their CP-347 Certified Payroll.  In addition to the CP-347, you will be able to select and use the Federal or U.S. Department of Labor WH-347 certified payroll form on a job-by-job basis.

Additionally, the Michigan Department of Transportation requires that you complete a Weekly Employment Report - EEO Report Form 1199.  See EEOC Workforce Reporting

NOTE:  Historically, the Federal WH-347 is revised every three (3) years, the current form is due to expire in 2018.
