Ohio Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

Ohio's certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting requirements are provided by the:

• Ohio Department of Commerce, and requires the filing of their own specialized form
• Ohio School Facilities Commission and requires the submission of their own specialized form
• Ohio Public Facility Construction Form (not shown)
• Ohio State University Form (not show)
• U.S. Department of Labor and the submission of the Federal WH-347 Certified Payroll Report form.
• The Ohio DOT has teamed up with AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials) and now requires that you submit your Certified Payroll Reports electronically, utilizing the Trns•port® system.

You will be able to select from each of these forms on a job-by-job basis.

NOTE:  Historically, the Federal WH-347 is revised every three (3) years
