Pennsylvania Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

Pennsylvania's prevailing wage/certified payroll reporting requirements are provided by:

• the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industries, and requires the filing of Form LLC-25
• City of Philadelphia form (not shown)
• Philadelphia Schools Form (not shown)
• the Federal or U. S. Department of Labor Form WH-347
• electronic filing using LCPtracker

You will be able to select which paper form to print on a job-by-job basis as well as create an electronic file to upload into the LCPtracker system.

Additionally, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation also has it's own special EEOC Report, which must be submitted on a monthly basis, see EEOC Workforce Reporting.

NOTE:  Historically, the Federal WH-347 is revised every three (3) years.
