Wisconsin Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

Wisconsin's certified payroll reporting requirements are provided by any of the following agencies or organizations, each with their own unique set of reporting requirements.

• Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development paper filing requirements
• Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development electronic filing requirements.
• Wisconsin Department of Labor paper filing requirements
• Wisconsin Department of Transportation electronic filing requirements provided by eComply (formerly MyLCM, TRS Consultant/Hill International)  Labor Compliance software
• Wisconsin DOT has teamed up with the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) and is now requiring ALL prime and subcontractors working on DOT projects with federal funding to submit certified payrolls into the AASHTOWare Project Civil Rights and Labor™ (CRL) Management System
• The U. S. Department of Labor WH-347

You will be able to select which form and electronic filing type to use on a job-by-job basis.

NOTE:  Historically, the Federal WH-347 is revised every three (3) years.
